Jason Chow

Jason Chow is an experienced professional with a strong background in service delivery and IT support. Currently serving as Senior Manager for End User Support Services at The Hong Kong Jockey Club since July 2016, Jason leads operations to provide comprehensive end-user support and VIP services. Jason has held various managerial roles, including Service Delivery Manager at CSC and Nortel, where responsibilities included IT outsourcing and vendor management. Jason's career began with roles at Shell Electric and Gambro, where sales and marketing operations were managed, and foundational skills in customer relations were developed. Jason holds a PhD in Business Administration from Honolulu University, an MBA from the University of South Australia, and a Bachelor of Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
