Manuel Baigorri

Manuel Baigorri is an accomplished sustainability leader with extensive experience in various high-profile organizations. Currently, Manuel holds the position of Head of Sustainability and Chief Sustainability Officer at The Hong Kong Jockey Club and serves as the Chair of the Board at the ZDHC Roadmap to Zero Programme. Previous roles include Senior Director of Sustainability and Acting Vice President of Sustainability at Levi Strauss & Co., where Manuel also contributed as Senior Director of Global Sustainability Value Chain. Additionally, Manuel has been a council member of the Better Cotton Initiative and held the role of Head of Sustainability for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia at Levi Strauss & Co. Europe.
