Scarlett Ma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Lead Scrum Master at The Hong Kong Jockey Club since December 2022, Scarlett has previously held significant roles, including Senior Project Manager at APJ Software (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., and Project Manager at A.S. Watson Group. Additional experience includes consultancy positions focused on digital transformation and customer success at KEYTEO and EVA Group APAC. Scarlett holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Master’s Degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from City University of Hong Kong.
