Stanley Tsui

Stanley Tsui is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project and portfolio management, currently serving as Senior Manager for IT Programme Management at The Hong Kong Jockey Club since July 2014. With a background in managing omni-channel systems and stakeholders, Stanley has led significant IT operations, annual planning, and outsourcing initiatives. Prior to this role, Stanley held positions as ICT Manager and Assistant Manager at the Efficiency Office within the Hong Kong SAR Government, overseeing IT system planning and call center operations. Early career experience also includes work as a System Analyst and Project Manager at Tops Datacom Ltd., contributing to customer success and business strategy for an ERP package. Stanley holds an MBA from HKUST Business School and a BA in Computing from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
