Winnie Tong is an experienced professional in retail planning and customer care, currently serving as the Executive Manager of Retail Planning and Control at The Hong Kong Jockey Club since March 2020, after being promoted from Senior Retail Planning and Control Manager. In this role, Winnie oversees the Integrated Contact Centre, which manages customer inquiries and feedback through various channels. Prior to this, Winnie held several key positions at Cathay Pacific Airways, including Senior Customer Care Manager and Head of Global Contact Centre Transformation. Winnie’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from UCL, an Advanced Management Program at INSEAD, and participation in the Accounts and Finance Executive Program at INSEAD, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong.
