Terrance Fung

Terrance Fung is a prominent professional in the field of Information Systems, currently serving as a Supervisory Technology expert at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) since 2022. In addition to this role, Terrance is an Adjunct Professor at City University of Hong Kong and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, both positions held since 2019 and 2024 respectively.
