Brett Holiday

Brett Holiday has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Brett started their career in 2015 at Aerotek, where they worked as a Healthcare & Scientific Recruiter and later as a Scientific Account Manager. In these roles, they specialized in staffing and recruiting for Aerotek Scientific, partnering with various companies to meet their hiring needs.

In 2021, Brett joined Syneos Health as a Talent Acquisition Spec II, Global Talent Acquisition. Syneos Health is a fully integrated clinical and commercial solution organization in the biopharmaceutical industry. During their time at Syneos Health, Brett utilized their expertise in talent acquisition to help navigate the complex marketplace and meet the needs of emerging and large global biopharmaceutical companies.

Currently, Brett works at The Honickman Companies as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The company is a leader in the nonalcoholic beverage industry and was founded in 1957 by Harold Honickman. Brett's role involves identifying and attracting top talent to support the company's growth and success.

Brett Holiday completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the College of Mount Saint Vincent from 2011 to 2015. Brett also pursued a Minor in Philosophy during the same period at the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, Brett obtained the "Diverse Talent in Recruiting and Hiring" certification from LinkedIn in May 2023.
