Hillary established partnerships with numerous companies across various industries, specializing in attracting and selecting Marketing, Digital, and Creative Professionals.

In 2021, Hillary joined The Honor Foundation as the Director of People. The Honor Foundation is a career transition program for U.S. Special Operations Forces, providing them with the resources and support to transition into leadership roles in the private sector. Hillary's role involves translating the elite military service of these individuals into valuable skills and expertise for the corporate world, while also nurturing the next generation of leaders.
