Josh M. serves as the COO and Director of Investment Operations for Robert Campbell at Northwestern Mutual since May 2024. Currently a Fellow at The Honor Foundation, Josh supports transitioning service members. Previously, Josh held the position of Director of Sales Operations at WizeHire, where responsibilities included developing strategic sales plans and collaborating on performance metrics. Experience also includes serving as a self-employed consultant focusing on operational development, strategic growth, and cybersecurity advisory services. A veteran of the US Navy, Josh was a Master Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician and served as Operations and Training Director, supervising training programs and large-scale operations for specialized units.
