Joshua Burch is currently the Director of People at The Honor Foundation in Tennessee, where Joshua aims to retain, return, and attract veteran talent to the state. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as the Talent Team at Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce focusing on Veteran Talent Pipeline Initiatives. With over 25 years of experience, Joshua has served in various leadership roles in the US Army Special Forces, including as an Operations Warrant Officer and a Special Forces Green Beret. Joshua has a background in leadership development, organizational development, and executive coaching, having worked at SimplyBank as an Executive Leadership Coach and Systems & Processes Consultant. Joshua holds a degree in Leadership and has received education from various institutions such as the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School.
