Christopher Bourne

Christopher Bourne is currently a Hoover Veteran Fellow at The Hoover Institution, Stanford University, and has extensive experience in various leadership and consulting roles. As the owner of Bourne Executive Strategies, LLC since 2011, Bourne also serves as an independent consultant for Axellio Inc. and a consultant for Vincula Group, focusing on cybersecurity and digital transformation. Previously, Bourne held significant positions at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, including Deputy Assistant Secretary for Innovation, and served as the National Director of Policy for CarsonAmerica. Bourne's military career includes over 27 years in the United States Marine Corps, with roles such as Infantry Officer and Chief Technology Officer, and participation in high-profile operations during Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. Academically, Bourne holds a Master's degree in National Security Strategy from the National War College and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Boston University.
