David Foster is the Founder and CEO of BDP Impact Real Estate, a firm dedicated to social impact through real estate investment and development in challenged communities. Currently serving as a Hoover Institution Veteran Fellow, David addresses critical public sector challenges. Prior experience includes Director of Real Estate Development at Community Solutions, Inc., where strategic direction was provided to combat homelessness and intergenerational poverty, and Founder of VetsForward, a technology platform supporting veteran-owned businesses. As President of Coopers Ferry Partnership, notable revenue growth and market improvements were achieved. David's military experience includes roles as an Army Reservist and Infantry Officer, influencing policy in economic reconstruction and leading operations within the 101st Airborne Division. David holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a certificate in Business & Public Policy from The Wharton School.
