Nick Mastronardi

Nick Mastronardi is the Co-founder and CEO of Polco, a company specializing in AI-powered government performance analytics and civic engagement, since May 2015. Mastronardi serves as a Hoover Veteran Fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University, and as an Honorary Fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, both since 2021. Additionally, Mastronardi is a member of the Board of Directors at WPS Health Solutions since August 2018. Previous experience includes working as a Senior Economist at Amazon, an Assistant Professor of Economics at the US Air Force Academy, and serving in various roles within the United States Air Force, including as an Iraq Economic/Security Analyst and Program Manager for Advanced Munitions Technology. Mastronardi's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Physics from the University of Notre Dame.
