Amanda Manning PHR, SHRM-CP currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at The Horst Group, a position held since January 2024. Amanda also contributes as a Volunteer Board Member and Chairperson for the Lancaster Central Market Trust since July 2022, and as Immediate Past Chair for the Central Penn Business Group on Health since January 2021. Active in the Lancaster SHRM since 2014, Amanda has held various volunteer roles, including longstanding volunteer work with Calvary Church of Lancaster since January 2007. Prior human resources management experience includes positions at LCSWMA and Boyd/Wilson Property Management. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College and a Human Resources certificate from Central Penn College.
