Casey Warnecke

Casey Warnecke is an experienced executive in the insurance and risk management industry, currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at The Horton Group since 2021. Previously, Casey held the same position at Lockton Companies from July 2006 to February 2021, where significant contributions led to the Midwest Series achieving sustained double-digit growth, including the expansion of revenue from $15M to nearly $70M during the tenure as Chief Operating Officer for the Chicago and Milwaukee offices. Casey's career also includes roles as Senior Vice President at Marsh and Chief Underwriting Officer at CNA Surety. Academic credentials include an MBA with Distinction in Accounting from DePaul University and a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
