Jonathan Reinecke is a Shareholder, and serves as a Vice President of Sales in Horton's Employee Benefit Solutions Division. He brings several years of insurance experience in healthcare and insurance to the Horton's team of risk advisors, employee benefit and insurance specialists. In his role at Horton, Jonathan is responsible for providing strategic, cost-effective and innovative solutions to meet his clients' most complex, employee benefits and healthcare challenges.
“There is no doubt that Healthcare Reform has added new levels of complexity in managing their organizations benefits and staying compliant. Employers can see these changes as a burden,” states Jonathan. “I have a unique approach and strive to maintain that ‘human touch'. Most employers realize changes to their benefit plans greatly affect their employees. I always remember - the strategy we develop affects the businesses financial resources and also the lives of the people that work for them.”
The evolving insurance terrain can be both daunting and demanding. Clients need experts who can deliver value far beyond selling insurance; they need a partner in navigating the unpredictable nature of reform.

Jonathan attended the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois and the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture Degree. He also attended IE Business School (Institute de Empressa) in Madrid Spain where he earned a Master of Management/International Business Degree.
Jonathan currently resides in Lombard, IL. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. He is also regularly spends time golfing, hiking, camping, home remodeling and designing furniture. In between his many commitments, Jonathan makes time to give back, donating significant time to Dan Gibbons Turkey Trot, a charity raising funds to feed the hungry.
