As a Senior Sales Executive, Paul finds the best insurance solutions in terms of price competitiveness and important insurance coverages for small businesses, tow truck operations, construction, and manufacturing clients. “One of my primary goals is to make sure my clients are properly covered by the best insurance company for their needs,” said Paul. “This varies by the client's industry and size, so I stay current with my clients and with the industry.” To remain educated relative to industry trends, Paul attends seminars, reads daily insurance journals, and has frequent conversations with insurance carrier representatives about industry trends.
Paul has a passion for the industries he represents. He is an active member of the South Suburban Home Builders' Association and the Italian Businessmen's Club in the Chicago area. “I realize that I am a stronger asset to my clients when I understand what they are experiencing in their respective industries. By working closely with various associations, I have direct access to owners of some of the top companies in these industries.”
When asked what is most important to Paul, he responded, “Helping my clients to protect their businesses and be aware of risk management issues and insurance exposures are the most critical parts of my job. At Horton, we have developed thorough procedures and proactive measures to provide our clients with immediate answers and information specific to each of them.”
Outside of work, Paul finds it important to give back to his community. In addition to coaching youth baseball, basketball and soccer during the years when his five children were growing up, Paul also spends time volunteering for various activities through Saint Raphael Church in Naperville, Illinois.
Paul grew up in North Riverside, Illinois, and currently resides in Naperville, Illinois with his wife and five children. Whenever he has the chance, he enjoys traveling to Hilton Head, South Carolina for golf weekends. More than anything, Paul enjoys spending time with his family on the beach or at a baseball game.
