Kathy brings more than 25 years of sales, management and operation experience in the greater Pacific Northwest. She has been with THG for over 15 years, providing feedback on hotel operations, guest services, brand standards, annual hotel budgeting and more for THG’s managed and owned hotels. You will find Kathy frequently on a call with on-property management or on-site at one of the hotels, assisting in any way necessary to help ensure the hotel is running smoothly. She is dedicated to providing a meaningful approach to all day-to-day operations and focuses on creating crucial customer service interactions. Kathy enjoys finding ways for each hotel to stand out in their market.
