Ona Novo has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Food and Beverage Intern at Hotel Condes de Barcelona 4* in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Travel Agent Intern at Viajes El Corte Inglés, followed by a role as a Waitress Assistant at Hotel Arts Barcelona. Ona later worked as a Waitress Assistant at Camp Nou for Serunion S.A. In 2020, they served as the Human Resources - Internship Program Coordinator at Grupo Cadarso. In 2021, they volunteered as an Events Coordinator at Raizup (ex WHTT). Currently, Ona Novo works at The Hotels Network, where they started as a Sales Development Intern and progressed to the role of Sales Development Representative. Ona later became a Market Manager and is currently working as a Client Success Specialist (Account Manager).

Ona Novo completed their education in Tourism and Hospitality Management at the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Sant Ignasi (Universitat Ramon Llull) in Barcelona from 2017 to 2021. Ona obtained additional certifications including Digital Marketing from Google Actívate in September 2020, Monitora de Tiempo Libre from Escola Mirall in June 2020, and B1.2 Alemán from Escola Oficial d'Idiomes in June 2019.
