Solange Blanco has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Solange started their career in 2013 as a Reservations and Groups Trainee at Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts. In 2015, they worked as a Front Office and Reservations Trainee at Hotel Cotton House, followed by a role as a Front Office and Housekeeping Trainee at Lungarno Collection.
In 2016, Solange joined The Hotels Network as a Client Success Specialist for EMEA & Asia. Solange later became a Client Success Team Leader in 2018, leading a team in providing exceptional customer service. Solange then moved to Cvent in 2019, where they served as a Client Success Manager, responsible for ensuring client satisfaction. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Technical Sales Consultant, focusing on delivering technical solutions and expertise to clients. In December 2021, they joined The Hotels Network again, this time as a Product Owner, showcasing their expertise in product development and management.
Solange Blanco completed their education in a chronological order. In 2010, they took a course in Communication & Culture at the University of Limerick. In 2011, they obtained the Graded Examination in Spoken English from Trinity College London and the Cambridge ESOL Level 1 Certificate in ESOL International from the University of Cambridge. In 2013, they obtained the Livello A2.1 di Lingua Italiana from the Instituto Italiano di Cultura di Barcellona. Solange then pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Sant Ignasi (Universitat Ramon Llull) in Barcelona, from 2012 to 2016. Finally, in 2014, they obtained the Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from Cambridge University Press. Later, they pursued a Master's in Protocol, Institutional Relations, and Strategic Event Management at Blanquerna - Universitat Ramon Llull from 2017 to 2018.
