Teresa Roig began their work experience in 2012 with an internship at Grupo Tragaluz as a Front Desk intern at Hotel OMM 5*. Teresa then joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. as an intern in F&B at Hotel Arts 5*GL from October 2012 to March 2013. In 2014, Teresa interned with Hilton Barcelona 4*SUP in the Finance department from February to June, and later that year, they interned with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in Finance at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai IFC 5*GL from June to December. Front Office Skills" certification from LQA - Leading Quality Assurance and a Verified Certificate of Achievement for an online course in "Introduction to Global Hospitality Management" from Cornell University. In 2018, they completed an Executive Education Programa Experto Universitario en Revenue Management Hotelero from the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Sant Ignasi (Universitat Ramon Llull). Teresa has also obtained several certifications in areas such as non-verbal language analysis, public speaking, communication skills, and participation in hospitality leadership events.
