Jeroen van de Broek

Jeroen Van de Broek's work experience begins with an internship at The Boston Consulting Group in 2006. Jeroen then joined the company full-time in 2007 as an Associate and later became a Consultant, working on various strategic, corporate development, and operations projects. In 2011, they worked in the New York office before returning to the Brussels office. Jeroen was promoted to Project Leader and later to Principal before leaving in 2014.

In 2014, Jeroen Van de Broek acted as the Chief Merchandise Officer at Tradelink Plumbing Centres for a short period of time.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Maxeda DIY Group, first as Head of Category Development and then as Director Category Development.

Moving on to FrieslandCampina in 2017, they initially held the position of Director Business Procurement Consumer Products EMEA before becoming the CPO/Global Director of Procurement (ai). Jeroen was later promoted to CPO/Global Director of Procurement and then to Managing Director Belgium. In 2021, they took on the additional role of Managing Director for Belgium & France.

Currently, Jeroen Van de Broek is working as the Chief Acceleration Officer at House of HR, starting in 2023.

Jeroen Van de Broek attended the London Business School from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Commercial Engineering and Finance at KU Leuven from 2002 to 2007, earning the highest distinction with congratulations of the jury. Jeroen also holds a certification in Generative AI for professionals from EHSAL Management School, obtained in 2023.
