Julie Lavigne

Julie Lavigne is a seasoned Business Unit Manager with extensive experience in recruitment and digital talent initiatives. Currently serving in this role at Copple since February 2024, Lavigne also oversees strategic development for Digital Talent Hunters and House of HR, positions held since January 2020. With a strong foundation in talent acquisition, Lavigne has managed various teams and initiatives, including the SWOP app and SWOP Recruiter platform, aimed at connecting talent with job opportunities in Belgium and the Netherlands.
