Leen Geirnaerdt

Leen Geirnaerdt has a diverse range of work experience, starting with a role as an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1996 to 2002. From there, they worked as a Group Controller at Solvus Resource Group from 2002 to 2006. Leen then joined USG People, where they held various positions including Finance Director SSC from 2007 to 2008, General Manager SSC from 2008 to 2010, and CFO from 2010 to 2019. Following that, they served as the CFO at Recruit Global Staffing from 2018 to 2019. In 2016, Leen began their role as a Non Executive Board Member at Wereldhave until 2019. Leen also held the position of CFO at bpost from 2019 to 2021. In 2016, Leen became a Non Executive Board Member at CFE. Leen then went on to serve as a Non Executive Board Member at H.Essers from 2022. Within the same year, they also assumed the position of Group CFO at House of HR and joined DEME Group as a Non Executive Board Member.

Leen Geirnaerdt attended the University of Antwerp from 1992 to 1996, where they studied Economics. They also obtained a certification in Masterclass in Private Equity from the London Business School in 2022.
