Tom Verlinden

Tom Verlinden has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Tom currently works at House of HR as the Digital Director & CISO. In this role, they are responsible for defining and implementing a cloud-first strategy, migrating local datacenters to a central Azure datacenter, and setting up a central House of HR active directory. Tom also manages the Office365 tenant and is involved in product management and architecture of various platforms and applications.

Prior to joining House of HR, Tom Verlinden owned their own company, TV-advice BVBA. Before that, they worked as an IT Manager at Accent Jobs for several years. Tom also served as an IT infrastructure / service desk manager at QISSme nv, which is part of the House of HR - Accent.jobs group. Tom Verlinden started their career as an IT System Engineer at Lebon IT Services. Overall, they have a strong background in IT management and infrastructure.

Tom Verlinden has a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Kaho Sint-Lieven, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Tom also completed a Post Graduate degree in Business/Commerce, General from KU Leuven from 2001 to 2002. In terms of leadership training, they attended Vlerick Business School from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they completed a Management Training program at Krauthammer, ending in 2013. Tom Verlinden also holds a certification in CISSP from (ISC)².
