Eva Dillen is currently the Head of People & Competences at The House of Marketing, where she focuses on talent development, training, employee engagement, recruitment, and performance management. Previously, she held roles such as Consulting Manager, Internal Knowledge Manager, Senior Marketing Consultant, and Marketing Consultant at the same company. Before that, Eva worked as a Project Manager at Seauton International, handling international product launches, meetings, and congresses. She also has experience at The Coca-Cola Company, UNICEF Belgium, and ABCommunication in various marketing and communication roles. Eva holds a Master's degree in General Management from Vlerick Business School and has further certifications in Digital Marketing and Business Communication.
