Katie Baeck serves as a Senior Consultant at The House of Marketing since May 2022, leading various client projects across multiple industries, including website navigation redesign, customer experience design, and user testing. As a seasoned professional, Katie has also owned a consultancy since May 2022 and previously held roles at BNP Paribas Fortis, where responsibilities included defining strategic initiatives for the Bank for Entrepreneurs and creating new value propositions for Open Banking. Prior experience includes service and concept design at Hello bank!, customer experience consulting at Ariad, and design strategy at propelland. Katie Baeck possesses a strong educational background with a Master's in Industrial Design from the University of Antwerp and a focus on customer experience and innovative design methodologies.
