Raquel Burnette

Raquel Burnette, Ed.D., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education and human resources management. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University since January 2017, Raquel Burnette engages students through discussion boards and relevant coursework. As the Director of Human Resources at the Housing Authority of the County of Cook since July 2012, Raquel Burnette provides guidance on various HR functions, including employee relations, compensation, and performance management. Previous roles include Vice President of Client Relations/Human Resources at Isiah International LLC, Academic Coordinator at Florida International University, and several managerial positions within the New York Knicks and Indiana Pacers organizations. Raquel Burnette holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Management from Alliant International University, along with a Master of Science in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
