Jordan Derry

Jordan Derry is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Fundraising for Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. since April 2024 and as the Community Service Coordinator for the Minority Association of Pre-Medical Students since August 2023. Previously, Jordan worked as an Assistant Researcher at Emory University Laney Graduate School from May to August 2024 and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Prairie View A&M University from October 2023 to May 2024. Additional experience includes a role as a Retail Cashier at H-E-B from August 2020 to May 2024 and participation as a SHPEP Scholar at UTHealth Houston in June and July 2023. Early work experience also includes serving as a Fast Food Team Member at Whataburger from February to August 2020. Jordan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Prairie View A&M University, expected to graduate in 2026, and holds a High School Diploma from George Ranch High School, awarded in May 2022.
