Kelli Tomczak

Kelli Tomczak has extensive work experience in the property management and real estate industry. Kelli currently holds the position of Vice President of Property Management at The HOW Group since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Barvin from December 2020 to January 2022. From December 2016 to November 2019, Kelli served as the Chief Administrative Officer at US Residential Group, overseeing various departments involved in property management. Before that, they held similar positions at Resource Residential, where they led shared services teams supporting 20k multifamily units, and Resource, where they managed asset management and accounting functions for multifamily funds and Tenant in Common deals. Kelli began their career as a Senior Accountant at Simonson, Lipschutz & Fogel P.C., gaining experience in audit and tax functions for real estate clients.

Kelli Tomczak obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King's College, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
