Elisa Portaro

Elisa Portaro is an enthusiastic and self-motivated Revenue Manager currently leading the hotel commercial strategy at The Hoxton since May 2023. With a robust background in hospitality, Elisa served as Revenue and Reservations Manager at Living Rooms from June 2021 to May 2023 and held multiple roles within Firmdale Hotels PLC from April 2014 to June 2021, including Reservations Manager. Previous experience includes General Manager at Appetito Pizza e Pasta Ltd and Butler at The Adria Boutique Hotel, where customer service and hospitality management were key responsibilities. Elisa's educational background includes a Laurea Magistrale in Tourist System Design and Management from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and a Laurea Triennale in Tourism Sciences from Sapienza Università di Roma. Additional training was received through ILM for Firmdale.
