Kirsty Hammatt is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Director of HR Services at The HR Dept since June 2018, Kirsty has held various roles including Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Advisor. Prior experience includes significant tenure at Sainsbury's, where roles included HR and Customer Service Manager, as well as Assistant Personnel and Training Manager, from 2004 to 2018. Kirsty holds a CIPD qualification in HR from Brooklands Technical College and a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from The Open University.
