Sandra Porter

Sandra Porter (FCIPD) is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources across various sectors. Since November 2016, Sandra has been the Managing Director and Owner of The HR Dept, a consultancy that provides outsourced HR services tailored for small and medium-sized businesses. Previous roles include HR Director at Clinton Cards and Starbucks Coffee Company, where Sandra contributed to strategic management within large organizations. Sandra's career also includes a position as Head of Human Resources at Telefónica UK and HR Business Partner at HBOS. Educational qualifications include a Human Resources Executive Programme from the University of Michigan and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Staffordshire.
