Sue Peckham is an award-winning HR expert with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Managing Director at The HR Dept. in Cambridgeshire/N Herts since May 2006, Sue provides outsourced HR and employment law services to small and medium-sized businesses. Previously, Sue held the position of Senior HR Manager at The Walt Disney Company from October 2000 to July 2004, where strategic HR support was delivered across 21 countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, alongside leadership development initiatives.
