The HR Leadership Forum
The HR Leadership Forum (HRLF) is a membership organization comprised of Greater Washington DC senior HR leaders, learning organization executives and organizational leaders responsible for managing human talent. Our members know that their organizations’ success is increasingly dependent upon the management of talent, knowledge and diversity. These individuals are often so immersed in the business affairs of their organizations that they have little time available to insure their own continued professional growth. HRLF provides that opportunity. Members learn from subject matter experts through formal programs and network with other senior-level colleagues in different organizations working on the same talent management and organization issues. Thus, HRLF members stay current with human resource trends and developments and can apply what has been learned in their own workplaces. What Educational Programs Does HRLF Offer? Our seminars cover topics about which the membership wants to know more and are presented by subject matter experts. The selected topics are strategic in nature, futuristic in tone and have significant business applications - they make a difference to HRLF members. The presenter’s expertise is spotlighted as a catalyst for the insights, opinions and real-world applications of the participants. Thus, learning occurs not only between the presenter and the audience, but among members as well. What Can Members Expect? 1. A superior learning opportunity designed for senior-level professionals to stretch their minds and build their people networks 2. Membership information kept confidential - The information is not sold or made available to vendors. Programs and meetings are presented free of vendor and job seeker pressure. 3. Solicitation of member input for improving HRLF’s services 4. Invitations to volunteer in support of HRLF
