Chad Macy

Chad Macy has extensive work experience in the IT staffing and consulting industry. Chad served as the President of The HT Group from November 2018 onwards. Prior to that, they held various roles at Spherion, Technisource, and Randstad Technologies US from 2001 to 2018, including the position of Regional Managing Director. Before joining Spherion, Chad worked at Advanced Technical Resources (ATR) as a Regional Sales Director/Branch Manager, where they successfully expanded the market and grew the office. Chad also helped open the Austin office for Robert Half (RHIC) as an IT Full Desk (AE/Recruiter) and achieved top producer status in the Western US.

Chad Macy attended James Madison High School in San Antonio. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at The University of Texas at Austin, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication. However, no specific start or end date for either of these education experiences is provided.
