Malachi Rafiq White

Malachi Rafiq White is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Communications at The Hub Project since November 2023, and previously held the position of Senior Communications Manager. Prior roles include Press Secretary and Digital Director for the Congressional Equality Caucus from July 2022 to November 2023, as well as various positions within the U.S. House of Representatives, including Communications Assistant and Administrative Assistant for the House Committee on Appropriations. Malachi's early career included internship roles at Butler University, where event planning for career communities was a primary responsibility, and involvement with The Butler Collegian as Culture Editor. Malachi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance and a minor in Journalism from Butler University, completed in 2020.
