John Morgan

As part of Hudson’s Acquisitions team, John advances Hudson’s mission to develop housing and opportunities for New Yorkers across income levels. In this role, he evaluates new opportunities for mixed-use, mixed-income, and transit-oriented developments across the New York region. He previously worked as a consultant at HR&A Advisors, where he advised clients on real estate developments, transactions, and public-private partnerships. John received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
