Tim Wang

Tim Wang is an experienced leader in international trade and policy, currently serving as the Executive Director and Senior Advisor at Hudson Institute since January 2021. Wang previously held the role of Director of Strategic Initiatives and External Outreach at the U.S. Department of Transportation from July 2018 to January 2021, and has also worked as a Senior Advisor to the Undersecretary at the International Trade Administration. Early roles include Program Manager at both Hudson Institute and The Heritage Foundation, as well as Senior Trade Advisor for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. Wang's extensive background includes managing a consulting firm and advising various governmental organizations, with a focus on international trade initiatives. Wang earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UC Irvine.
