Caroline Mills

Caroline Mills serves as the Associate Vice President of Donor Relations and Chief of Staff at The Humane League, where responsibilities include guiding decision-making for a global non-profit and leading internal communications across a diverse team in multiple countries. With a proven track record in donor relations, Caroline increased major gift revenue by 97% over three years as the Director of Donor Relations. Previous experience includes roles at Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, where project management of fundraising events exceeded goals by $700K, and supporting the President and CEO with operational tasks and communications. Caroline also holds experience in cooperative housing and editorial leadership, having served as Editor-in-Chief at Headwaters Magazine. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Law & Society from Oberlin College.
