Colin Cowden

Colin Cowden is a Senior Analyst in HRIS at The Humane Society of the United States since January 2019, with previous experience as an HRIS Analyst at ATI Physical Therapy and as a Sr. HRIS Analyst at DeVry Education Group. At ATI, Colin maintained the Dayforce HCM application and managed Bureau of Labor statistics compliance. At DeVry, responsibilities included HRIS administration, reporting, vendor integration, and collaboration with senior executives for reporting needs, along with contributions to HR metrics scorecards and vendor management. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from DeVry University and an Associate of Arts from Joliet Junior College.
