Ziad Joumblat

Ziad Joumblat is an accomplished executive in the hospitality and food sector, serving as Chairman of The Hummingbird Bakery since June 2021 and holding an advisory role at FoodXpert since March 2020. As Managing Director of both ZJ Advisory Ltd and Kababji International - UK, Ziad has driven significant growth in these organizations since their respective establishments of March 2014 and January 2018. Ziad previously held the position of President at Joël Robuchon International, and served as Managing Partner at Restaurant Partners Ltd. Notable leadership roles also include Chairmanships at Big Fernand Restaurants Group and LATERAL Restaurants Group, as well as an Advisory Partner role at Quilvest Private Equity.
