Percival Pacadaljen Jr.

Percival Pacadaljen Jr. began their career in 2013 as a Manager and Key Holder at Active Ride Shop. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining direct communication with upper management, buyers, store managers, employees, and vendors, as well as upholding immaculate store presentation and merchandising schemes. Percival was also responsible for ensuring that all merchandise was properly received and put out on the floor in a timely manner, delivering exemplary customer service throughout the store, and guaranteeing that all employees were aware of current merchandise offerings, promotions, sales activities, and other company projects. Percival was also responsible for opening and closing the store following the proper procedures, ensuring that registers were properly opened and closed, and that doors and security gates were opened and locked.

In 2015, Percival Pacadaljen Jr. began working as a Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant at The Hundreds. This was a collaborative project between Active Ride Shop and premier street-wear brand The Hundreds located at the heart of UC Irvine's University Town Center. This was a bold and innovative marketing initiative that served as a cultural hub for students to shop exclusive releases, explore talents through internships, and through events, connect personally with professional athletes and the masterminds behind their favorite brands.

Percival Pacadaljen Jr. attended Rancho Verde High School from 2006 to 2010, graduating with a High School Diploma. Percival then attended Moreno Valley College from 2010 to 2012, studying General Education.
