Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at CRMC, which transitioned to a hyper-growth business and was acquired by Conga, and various roles in operations and project management at ITT Visual Information Solutions and ITT Space Systems Division. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management and Leadership from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
