Michelle Fockler

Michelle Fockler serves as the Managing Director at The Hunt Institute since May 2024, overseeing teams and providing coaching while embedding accountability and evaluating program effectiveness. Previously, as a Senior Consultant & Design Innovation Services Manager at Public Impact from October 2020 to May 2024, Michelle led the design of new service delivery models and managed state-level change efforts to implement the Opportunity Culture model. Michelle's extensive experience includes a role as Managing Director of Residency at Teach For America, where significant leadership development was reported among corps members. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA.
