Prior experience includes leadership positions at CompuCom, where Belinda built and transformed support operations across North America, and First Horizon Home Loans, where an IT Project Management Office was established. Previous roles at OpenConnect focused on elevating client support standards, while contributions at HealthCor involved creating support teams for critical healthcare systems.
