Andrea Wareham

Andrea Wareham is an experienced leader in human resources and business development, currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Pizza Pilgrims, Drop-in, and Psycle, while also contributing to the Nominations Committee at The Hurlingham Club. Previously, as Chief People Officer and Global HR Director at Pret A Manger, Andrea played a crucial role in expanding the company from 75 to 600 locations, enhancing employee training through the Pret Academy, and establishing HR frameworks in new international markets. Additionally, as a Trustee for the Pret Foundation, Andrea has been instrumental in initiatives that support the vulnerable and create employment opportunities. Andrea's expertise is further complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Psychology from Durham University.
