Michael Bratcher

Michael Bratcher began their work experience in 1990 as a Field Service Technician at Middle Tennessee ICEE, where they received mentorship and support from their supervisor. In 1993, they became the Branch Manager at Icee of Tennessee and remained in that role until 2003. Michael then joined The ICEE Company as a Service Specialist and later became a Field Service Manager. Since 2018, they have held the position of Field Operations Manager at the same company, where they oversee daily operations activities and manages teams across multiple states.

Michael Bratcher attended Hillwood High School from 1977 to 1982. During their time there, they pursued a degree in General Studies with a special focus on music. Their education at Hillwood High School provided him with a variety of life experiences, both positive and negative.
