Gayle Burchell

Gayle Burchell has a diverse and extensive work experience. Gayle currently holds the position of Chief Commercial & Sustainability Officer (CCSO) at THE ICONIC, where they lead the commercial team and drives the company's sustainability strategy. Prior to this role, Gayle served as the Chief Category Officer (CCO) and Acting Chief Category Officer at THE ICONIC.

Before joining THE ICONIC, Gayle worked at David Jones, where they held the role of Digital Trading Manager, responsible for managing the sales and profit delivery of the online store. Gayle also served as the Group Planning Manager for shoes & accessories and menswear at David Jones, where they were responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and profit strategies.
