Helen Chen's most recent work experience is as a Merchandise Planner - Own Brand at THE ICONIC from September 2022 to the present. Before that, they worked as a Company Planning Analyst at THE ICONIC from January 2021 to September 2022. Prior to joining THE ICONIC, they worked as a Management Consultant at Pollen Consulting Group from February 2020 to January 2021. Helen also has experience at EY, where they worked as a Senior Consultant from October 2018 to February 2020 and as a Consultant from March 2016 to September 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Co-ordinator & Content Creator at XYNZ Online Magazine from June 2014 to October 2015, and as a Research & Development Engineer at Lanaco from November 2014 to February 2015.

Helen Chen completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) (Honours) degree in Chemical & Materials Engineering from The University of Auckland, from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Merchandise Planning from Numensa Retail Academy in September 2020, and in EY Analytics - Data visualization - Bronze from EY in January 2020.
